Ayurveda is an ancient Indian practice used for thousands of years based on the belief that wellness depends on a delicate balance of mind, body, and spirit. It is one of the oldest holistic systems that promotes the use of chai spices. These spices are traditionally used to inspire a perception of wellness & tranquility through their aromatic scent.
Beetroot has been used historically for an array of natural alternatives from sweetening foods, due to the intense sweetness of the juice, through to dying fabrics with its vibrant red colour that comes from a group of naturally occurring pigment compounds called betacyanins.
Turmeric has over the past 4000 years of Ayurveda been traditionally consumed in warm Turmeric based beverages. These drinks are always prepared with black pepper which is said to be imperative to bringing the goodness out of the Turmeric. We've made sure that our Turmeric is not only the highest quality available, but has also been carefully combined with black pepper in our Velvet Latte to deliver the wealth of Turmeric's traditional benefits.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our return policy is very simple. Products incorrectly shipped or faulty will be replaced if we are notified within 5 business days of receipt of goods. If any products are damaged during transit we will make an insurance claim with the carrier and any damaged products replaced. Photographic image of the damage may be required by the insurance company. As our products are food, we cannot replace or refund goods because you don't like the colour or taste or if you just change your mind. Only if the product is faulty. If we do authorise a return for such products, a store credit equivalent to the value will be provided only. We do not issue refunds for such returns.
Any food products returned must be unopened & in saleable condition.
Any refund, store credit or replacement will be made after we receive the returned goods. Goods must be returned at the customer's expense unless we have made an error and supplied the wrong product. Any freight costs that we have incurred in sending your order will be deducted from the refund unless we have shipped a product different to that ordered. This also applies to orders sent freight free where we have absorbed the freight cost. Return freight costs must be met by the customer.

All freight costs are calculated by weight, while we can offer a great freight rate to most locations the reality is that most orders of supplements are far heavier than almost anything else ordered online resulting in a higher freight cost.
Please select the type of freight that you want at checkout. All freight costs are shown in our Shopping Cart. You can calculate the various freight costs by entering your delivery address postcode in our freight calculator when you view your cart. Courier delivery is not available for all areas. If you select Courier delivery and it will be quicker to deliver with Australia Post we will post the order and vice versa.
Most parcels will require a signature on delivery. If there will be nobody in attendance to sign for the delivery it may be quicker to have the order delivered to your workplace or a friend's place where there will be someone home.
With Courier delivery, your parcel is insured (see below) and must be signed for on delivery. If nobody is there to sign the courier will leave a card and you can contact them for re-delivery. Please note: If you give your authority for the courier to leave the parcel it will no longer be insured. Couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes.
With postal deliveries, if nobody is there at the time of delivery the parcel will be taken to the local Post Office and a card left to enable you to collect it. Australia Post deliveries are not insured unless you ask for the goods to be sent by Insured Post. This is at an additional cost. Please ask us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after you have ordered if you want the parcel insured.
Both Australia Post & Courier deliveries will have a Tracking number. Please contact us if you haven't received your parcel within 5 days from despatch. (Longer in WA, NT or remote areas) You will receive an automatic email sent to the address given when you ordered after your order has been completed and despatched.
Please note that we are outside Australia Post "Next Day Delivery" area for Express Post and delivery normally takes two days from despatch of your order. All delivery time estimations are from the time of despatch of your order. We try to despatch orders within 5 days of receiving payment. (Usually much sooner than that)
Insurance is already included in the regular shipping price for Fastway Couriers, which will cover any items, in the unlikely event that they damaged or broken during transit. Do not sign with the courier until you have checked all goods are not damaged. If there are any items damaged in transit, refuse delivery and ask to courier to return the parcel to us and we will replace any damaged or broken items after claiming with the courier's insurance company. If you sign and accept delivery, the insurance from Fastway Couriers is void, the goods become your responsibility, and we will not be liable for replacing any damaged or broken items. Please note that if you give an authority to leave the parcel if there is no body available to accept delivery, there is no insurance coverage.
If your order is being sent by Australia Post by your choice or if our courier doesn't deliver personally to your area, it will not automatically be covered by insurance. If you wish to purchase the optional Australia Post insurance, please contact us, and we can arrange the Australia Post insurance for you up to the value amount of your goods ordered. If you do not purchase the insurance (extra charge on top of the normal shipping price), we are unable to make a claim to Australia Post for any damaged or broken items, and Evolve Naturally will not be liable for replacing any damaged or broken items.
Please remember that once we hand your parcel to Australia Post or a courier its delivery is totally out of our control and we can never guarantee delivery by a certain date but we will try our best if you let us know your required delivery date. Orders for delivery to WA, NT, central Queensland & remote areas are normally sent by courier. Our courier quotes 7 to 10 business days delivery to these locations after despatch. Most other areas 1 to 7 days depending on location. Express Post is available at an additional cost if your order is urgent.
